Ribice za obesit

Tokrat poslikan postopek :o)

Material:
papirnati prtički
ovitek za zvezek
čopič
mekol
luknjač
rafija

Prtički

Prtičke zmečkamo ..

Jih razslojimo in natrgamo ...

Material in pripomočki :)

Do you speak English? Can you type out those materials/directions? Those are very beautiful.

I can speek english, but not so good :o) So I'm sorry for mistakes ;)

Material:
-paper napkins
-glue (I used glue for paper, wood, textil, striropore .. all in one) or napkin/servietten medium
-plastic wrapper for notebook
-brush
-string (I used rafia (in slovene, I don't know the eng word))

The procedure is actually based on ''servieten technik'' (D), here you have instructions in german with pictures: http://picasaweb.google.com/ArteComDecoupage/ServiettenTechnikGeschenkideen

First you have "to squash" the napkins and then you must have only one layer of paper napkin (usually they are 3 of them) and then you simply paste them on the wrapper and cote all napkins once more with glue. When it's dry, you just cut out little fishies :o) And don't forget to make a little whole for the string.

Do you understand or are you completely lost? :o)

Bye,

Fishy

Let me try to do the directions from what I understand and then maybe you can make any corrections.

1. Take the napkins and squash them.
2. Then cut/rip them into pieces.
3. Put glue on one side of the plastic.
4. Then put the pieces of napkin on the glue.
5. Put another layer of glue on top.
6. Finish with the other piece of plastic.
7. Dry, then cut, put a hole in and add string.

Is that it? About how big are those in the picture?

Thank you for the directions and your wonderful translation!
Matt

By the 2. step, you must layer the napkins, if you don't, the napkin is to "fat".

The rest is ok :o) They are aproximately 4,5 - 5,5 cm big (I measured :oP)

Ah. Thanks again. Hopefully I'll do it soon enough when I have some free time and post a picture for you. I really appreicate it.
